DENTAL CHECK-UPS

How often you should attend a dental check-up varies for each patient and will be explained by our team during your consultation. The frequency of your appointments may change over time depending on numerous factors, and our team will provide detailed explanations each time you visit the clinic. During a regular dental check-up, a dentist will:
  • Take a full medical and social history
  • Conduct a thorough examination of both the outside and inside of your mouth
  • Check your teeth, any existing fillings or work that you might have had
  • An in-depth assessment of your gum and periodontal health
  • An oral cancer screening
  • Take x-rays and clinical photos if required
  • An assessment and advice regarding oral hygiene
  • A detailed treatment plan explaining treatment options and costs where applicable

DENTAL CHECK-UP FAQS

Before your first consultation, you will be contacted by a friendly member of our team to fill out some pre-treatment questionnaires, including a medical history. This enables us to build a picture of your treatment journey before you even set foot in the practice. You may also be offered a virtual consultation to allow you to chat with one of our team members before your appointment. When you arrive for your consultation, you will be greeted by a smiling receptionist who will direct you towards one of our state of the art surgeries. You will then be seen by a highly trained clinician who will discuss your goals, conduct a thorough examination and propose a tailored treatment plan.

We offer free virtual consultations (via FaceTime/Zoom/over the phone). These can be arranged by clicking here.

The frequency of your dental check-ups will vary depending on your individual needs. Our team will provide a personalised recommendation during your visit.

We absolutely offer payment plans and a variety of options to suit different needs. This will all be discussed with you by the dentist or a member of our team when presenting a treatment plan.

We do have a dental plan in place for those patients who wish to pay monthly to cover their treatment needs. For more information, speak to our dental team today.

We offer emergency appointments to all patients, whether you’re registered or not. Please contact us here and a member of the team will arrange an appointment for you.
